Donations needed for all blood types

The UP Regional Blood Center (UPRBC) is experiencing a need for all blood types. The UPRBC has collection sites in Marquette, Hancock and Escanaba and is the primary supplier of blood products to 13 Upper Peninsula hospitals. Additionally, they partner with community organizations to host drives in various locations across our region.

This blood supply allows healthcare providers to treat patients with a wide variety of conditions. All blood donations stay in the Upper Peninsula; a single donation could save up to three lives and typically only takes an hour to complete.

Help make a difference in our community with a blood donation. To schedule an appointment or find a blood drive near you, call 906.449.1450. Visit our website for more information.
