At a free public forum on Zoom, sponsored by the Keweenaw Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, Dolores Kilpela, placement services supervisor for UP Kids, will discuss UP Kids programs, specifically foster care: why it is needed; who the children needing foster care are; the process for becoming a foster parent, and the types of support and resources available to foster families.
