Keweenaw Area Community Foundation's Annual Fundraising Dinner, Keweenaw Gold, a Resounding Success

HANCOCK — The Keweenaw Area Community Foundation would like to thank everyone who attended and supported the organization’s annual fundraising dinner, Keweenaw Gold! The event was held on Oct. 19 at Bonfire at the Continental Fire Co. in Houghton. Over 110 community members attended the event to show their support through an evening of food, friends, and community!

Keweenaw Gold is an opportunity to raise awareness and highlight community work being conducted to maintain and improve the quality of life in the Keweenaw, while also supporting the operations of the Foundation in the community.

“We were overwhelmed by the support for our event this year and want to send a heartfelt thank you to our community. This foundation was built by the community, for the community, and the new leadership at the foundation will continue to work to serve the needs of the people of the Keweenaw now and forever,” Executive Director Robin Meneguzzo.

KCF would like to extend a special thank you to our 2023 sponsors who helped make this possible:
