The Nature Conservancy (TNC), in partnership with the Keweenaw Community Foundation, invites the public to provide feedback on messaging for the Keweenaw Heartlands Project. As we transition towards local governance and management of the Keweenaw Heartlands, we seek community input to ensure our communication resonates effectively.

TNC has collaborated with local and regional community members to craft three key messages about the Heartlands forest. To validate and refine these messages, we request five minutes of your time to complete a brief survey, which is open until Wednesday, July 31st.

Community Engagement Series: Love the Heartlands

TNC and its partners will host various events throughout the summer and fall to engage with the community. Join TNC and KCF at the Copper Shores Community-wide Picnic on Sunday, July 28th, from noon to 3 p.m., and at the Grant Township Hall on Wednesday, August 21st at 6:30 p.m. for a Heartlands Update featuring TNC and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.
